In addition to above license fees, a support fee is required for the first 12 months of remote support. This entitles the organization to send one participant to the MBWin training course that is conducted periodically at the FAO Regional Office in Bangkok, Thailand.

Maintenance and Extended Support Fee (per annum, payable in advance)

25 % of the current value of the licence fees

The above fees do not include the cost of software customisation, on-site support and training that may be required for your organization.

 

Notes:

1.

The base module of MBWin includes:

(i)   General Ledger,

(ii)  Customer Maintenance,

(iii) Configurator

(iv) Take-on, translation, migration and branch replication utilities

2.

Application modules are:

(i)   Savings Account,

(ii)  Current Account,

(iii) Time Deposit,

(iv)  Share Account,

(v)   Loan Account

(vi)  Multi Currency.

(vii) ATM Module (might require additional customization depending on ATM switch software used).

The above fees are applicable as of September 1st, 2011 and can be changed without prior notice.

Service center licensing model is applicable for scenarios when one service center is processing transactions of number of small supported organizations and transactions are being entered by the service center staff rather than staff of the relevant organizations

On-line branch module price is applicable to organizations using the system on-line, whereas the data of all branches are kept in one single database. The price of this module is charged on top of the normal MBWin license currently in use.
